Plants that release oxygen at night!

If folklore or superstitions are to be believed, do not sleep under the Peepal tree for fear of ghosts, but did you know that sleeping near or under this tree can increase the longevity of our life? Yes, the reason being that it emits oxygen at night. Here are five plants that emit oxygen at night that we can install at home!

Aloe Vera: Whenever a list of plants with benefits is made, Aloe Vera is always at the top of the rankings. Listed as one of NASA's air-enhancing plants, Aloe Vera emits oxygen at night and increases the longevity of your life. It is almost a maintenance-free plant and it also offers many beauty benefits.

Snake plant: Like Aloe Vera, the snake plant also emits oxygen at night. What is another surprising fact is that it simultaneously absorbs carbon dioxide. Unbelievable isn't it? So install one in your home and breathe in a healthy environment even at night.

Peepal: Negative superstitions, the Peepal tree have several advantages making it a fairly important tree. It not only emits oxygen but can also be used to manage diabetes, treat constipation and asthma

Orchid: Beautiful and beneficial, orchids are a perfect choice to settle in the corner of your room. In addition to emitting oxygen at night, orchids also ban xylene - a pollutant found in paints and fills the room with fresh air to breathe.

Neem: Synonymous with health benefits, the Neem tree also purifies the air at night by emitting oxygen. It is thought that neem should be planted inside the house, especially in the center of the courtyard of the house, and the fact is scientifically true as it acts as a natural pesticide.

    Hey Bal!
    It's Lisa.

    Such an interesting report!
I thought that all the plants mostly emit oxygen during the day when there is the sun for them to do photosynthesis. Yet, it is very surprising that there are many plants that work hard at night!
Thank you for the informative report dear:)

    Keep up your work!
