In response to call given by Respected PM Narendra Modi , ALLEN Career Institute organized a cleaning campaign in Kota as a part of " Swachh Bharat Abhiyan". The Students, Staff, Faculty of the Institute lead by Directors took part in the cleaning campaign.
What is Swachh Bharat Abhiyan? Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched his nationwide cleanliness campaign, the 'Swachh Bharat Mission' or 'Clean India Campaign' from the Valmiki Basti in New Delhi on Thursday. Addressing the nation at the launch, Modi asked India's 1.25 billion people to join the 'Swachh Bharat Mission' and promote it to everyone. After paying tribute at the memorials of Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on their birth anniversaries, Modi himself swept a pavement at Valmiki Basti, a colony of sanitation workers before the formal launch of the 'Clean India' drive at Rajpath. While launching the mission at Mandir Marg, he also made a surprise visit at the local police station to check on its cleanliness. Its launch on Oct 2 has a lot of significance as Father of the Nation had a penchant for cleanliness in his personal habits and sought to promote it in his environs in every way. Now, PM Modi intends to involve every citizen in the task of cleanliness. Modi has made "Clean India" a top priority - speaking about it at all his major speeches, including his Independence Day address. He has said that a "clean India" will be the best tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 150th birth anniversary in 2019. Millions of people across the country are also joining daily the cleanliness initiatives of the government departments, NGOs and local community centers to make India completely clean by 2019. |

Hi Dharmendra!
Seriously now it is the time for everyone around the globe to take steps for clean surroundings. How beautiful the world will be if each and everyone of us aim to keep clean our surroundings by focusing on our daily activities and not littering the surroundings. That will be seriously fantastic. Keep up the good work. All the best!
Sincere wishes to each and everyone of the Eco-Gen community to make the mission a click across the world. Let's do it. Because we are the power and the stakeholders!

I as well respect Modi like A rush has said he is known as man with clear vision, man of action. Its great to hear central government of a country itself launching cleanliness campaign nation wide. This is something leaders of other developing countries can as well learn and implement.
Best of luck! !!
