Anti-poaching measures towards protection and conservation of the one horned rhinoceros in the famous Kaziranga National Park in Assam (India), will be taken by the concerned authorities, the state government and the Ministry for Environment, Forest, & Climate Change in collaboration. Recent updates include that, a special Rhino Protection Force would be adopted, in which a total of well-trained of about 1200 personnel, come into action and ground work very soon. Deployment of drones in the National Park, with the help from Ministry of Defence and the Director General, Civil Aviation and additionally, the personnel and forest guards will be acquainted with modern sophisticated arms, ammunitions and other sophisticated instruments towards tackling poachers, are taken into the plans and strict measures.

Once again, an extraordinary event took place when researchers from Malabar Christian College, University of Calicut, Kerala and Zoological Survey of India, Kolkata reached yet another extraordinary feat in discovering a new species of paper-wasps of the genus Ropalindia Guerin-Meneville. It is one of the largest social groups of wasps, dominant in the tropical and subtropical regions in the world. The Indian region consists of about 26 species. The common name of the species is Narendran?s Paper Wasp, small, stinging and 8 mm in total size, black in colour and yellow marks on the body, which is named after an imminent researcher, who contributed significantly to the taxonomy of insect research in India for 44 years.

Indian Nobel peace Laureate, Kailash Satyarthi, has said, that the disasters of climate change are seen, among the poor Indian families.
