Day 2 i.e 21st June was essentially a day of protests . We , the youth , felt that the pace of negotiations were too slow and that our voice was being ignored. This message was acknowledged at the highest level and it was wonderful to witness HE Mr Ban Ki Moon and Mr Sha Zukang - Under Secretary General attend side events which , I as the TUNZA ECOGENERATION ambassador had the privilege of attending this side event and reiterating our message of protecting the environment for our children .

On 22nd June , I was privileged to receive another special pass for the closing ceremony and be a part of the proceedings which brought this epoch making summit to a close. I now have the huge responsibility , as the only child attendee of this summit and as the sole present TUNZA Ambassador to carry forward the Rio legacy . To reiterate, this summit happened after 20 years of preparation and the world will not see another gathering of such proportions ever again. To be able to witness it live was truly the best ever . I am now a member of the Rio Legacy - Beyond 2015 task force and the only representative of this from the Middle East and am working to disseminate this accordingly.
