Asia's most marginalized community

by | 31-05-2015 03:20 recommendations 0

We all had some privileged to meet with the most influencing people around us. It's doesn't matter who they are, what there age is. What matters is the

influence that we have caused on them. They exist everywhere. From our neighbours to our team-mate. And sometimes we recognise the best of them.

I, with the team of Dexterity Global, a Boston based social venture, went to the school of Asia's most marginalized community. The name as it says is "Shoshit Samadhan Kendra". The first of it's kind. It don't belong to the government. It belongs to the people who cared for society and so thought to help them. The students reading here are much more experienced and energetic than us. The school kids held numerous events to support different culture and diversity.
And one of them is about protecting the motherland, the earth.

They had the culture of supporting numerous trees planting. Every Saturday they held speech and debates among 1000 kids to discuss on various environment

problem and the solution. They organize quiz contest on environment. They distributes prices. They are supported by various organisation, out of which

Dexterity Global is one. The Dexterity Global started as a environment protection Non- Profit Organisation which eventually turns into bigger venture and now

serves millions of children.

Seeing there enthusiasm and being aware that I was short on gifts from Tunza, I held two of the most amazing kids I found there and hand them their price that

they won after a long speech and some activity. It's great to see the future as we do at Dexterity Global. The reason that I posted these photos so late is

because of the exciting things that we do at Dexterity Global. And we have just finished a classroom program for high school students called Dex School which

teaches leadership, entrepreneurship and public speaking. You can learn more at www.dexglobal.org.
