In order to aware the São Paulo population regarding negative impacts of air pollution made by cars, the agency "Tudo" launched a campaign last year. It is called "3 seconds". Now, you are asking yourself: Why this name?"
According to the agency, it is necessary just 3 seconds to fill up a balloon with the gas greenhouse gases which is released to the atmosphere. With the car turned on, it is possible to fill up 300 balloon in 15 minutes. Car traffic is the main reasson of air pollution in São Paulo city (90%). The idea was to provide to people about 1000 balloon in order to try to aware them about the issue. The campaign happened on 25 of January of last year. Moreover, there was messages on social media such as Facebook and Twitter with #3secondsorg. HAVE A WATCH!
