Wednesday is here and the conference is getting better than ever. Today is all about HIV/AIDS, everybody is excited because this is one topic we sure know about. Seated in groups of 20s or so the sessions begin and our minds are racing with anticipation.

Human Immunal Deficiency Virus, HIV the starter. Some are born with it others contract it either through unprotected sex or mother to child transmission. After the contraction it develops to AIDS and the internal struggle is set loose. Imagine your immune system is a wall...AIDS is a bug that eats up that wall hence allowing all the unwanted diseases and illnesses to freely go through...ARVS are the wall replacers but they are not as powerful or strong as the wall itself that?s why AIDS patients need to constantly take ARVS. Interesting huh? That?s what I thought too.

Everybody?s contributing and people are having fun so now that we know how it works were ready to reduce it and hopefully end it. ?Abstinence ili che? words most of us have heard before today, the best and safest prevention method. Use a condom all the time and stick to one partner or your life?s on the line. Don?t be idol don?t lose hope there so many things that we can all do. Life skills they call them but I call them hobbies but either way they keep you safe and busy and earn you a living aswell.  Simple words but I guess we all understood...

Kill HIV/AIDS or else it will kill you.
