Christmas Edition: Project NOWTBUKS goes to Cantipla

This season of giving and sharing, the best way to celebrate Christmas is through building up kids for sustainability. How? Through Youth Empowerment and Environmental Consciousness. YOUTH EMPOWERMENT: To empower students to dynamically work together and make a positive and lasting impact towards protecting the environment in their community through enriching students? learning experience with team building activities. ENVIRONMENTAL CONSCIOUSNESS: To encourage creativity through harnessing the artistic skills of young kids in transforming recyclable paper into utilizable notebooks thus economically helping their families with the acquisition of their school materials

Last December 6, 2015, TABANG KU, KALIPAY MO 4.0 together with the CIT IE Council?s Project NOWTBUKS built a collaboration of efforts to give happiness to the kids in Sitio Cantipla, Brgy. Tabunan, Cebu City.

In line with the advocacy/objective of CIT IE Council?s Project NOWTBUKS, we impart the importance of conservation of Mother Earth through encouraging the creativity of the kids in transforming recyclable materials such as used paper, used folder, and used art materials in utilizable and personalized eco notebook. The theme for this workshop was all about Christmas. We conduct a fun filled activities for the kids.  Joy comes to does who are doing the typical thing  with love and enthusiasm.
