I guess this article will be the start of my second term as Tunza Eco Generation Ambassador~ I had a lot of fun writing articles and earned valuable experiences as well!

Today, I would like to introduce you about eco friendly houses~ Have a great time looking at the pictures and enjoy the nice aspects of green buildings!

What are eco-friendly houses? Green building refers to a structure and using process that is environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building's life-cycle: from siting to design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation, and demolition.  The Green Building practice expands and complements the classical building design concerns of economy, utility, durability, and comfort.  Although new technologies are constantly being developed to complement current practices in creating greener structures, the common !--object--ive is that green buildings are designed to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment.

It is quite simple and easy to build green constructions.  First, go online to find free resources used for creating houses.  Then, find an energy calculator to assess your current energy usage.  It is also helpful to use graph or table showing the potential of your house after making some minor changes.  Next, install skylights in your roof.  This will allow natural sunlight to illuminate the house for free.  Fourth, install solar panels.  Solar heating will be beneficial in diverse ways especially when you are using electricity.  Fifth, use compact fluorescent lights, meaning low wattage light bulbs which use less energy than the normal bulbs.  Then, it?s nice to consider using sensor light bulbs for both indoors and outdoors.  Lastly, choose low flow toilet mechanisms to save water and money on water bills!       

Let us look at some current status quo dealing with environment friendly houses~  Stone house is built solely out of stone and wood.  Stylish apartments are modern, stylish eco apartments that get a lot of sun.  Torres house is made of marble, wood, and volcanic stone.  Eliphante looks just like a hobbit hole.  Eco house on the hill is located in the beautiful Sun City, Latvia.  Bamboo Home is Japanese style home which is made from bamboo.  Natural home seems to lack in style, but it is built from 100% natural materials.  Stone age is a safari guest house that looks like it should be in the Flintstones.  Eco farm is an eco farm at the top of a hill.  Beautiful house is eco housing in a beautiful location.  House of the Rising Sun is a star of C4?s Grand Designs.  Visual pictures and photos will be shown below my article~!!
