As we know the waste and Chemicals are also the major source of the climate change and global warming. Waste disposal is serious problem in the world. The UNEP Asia Pacific regional consultation meeting also include the one of the priority issue is waste and chemical management. To relate the waste disposal problem, its global impact from the waste and management strategies from the grass root level Nepalese Youth for climate Action (NYCA),Nepal and Tunza eco generation the 9th eco generation ambassador to Nepal jointly organized a secondary level school campaign on the solid waste management programme in Central Development Region of Nepal. The program was organized at Rampur secondary school Chitwan Nepal on 2nd December, 2012. This programme was organized to aware the school student about the solid waste management and how the solid waste is also cause for the climate change issue and global warming. The Obje ctive of the program was to raise voice against climate injustice by encouraging and motivating school students for reuse and recycle of waste. The programme also aims to provide information on how to reuse and minimize the generation waste in our household and offices.
Mr.Sandeep Timilsina Regional coordinator of the NYCA Nepal, welcomed all the participants. He emphasized that this program is the platform for the teachers to guide their students and enhance their creativeness.Principle of the school added that this is the new opportunity for the student to laearn more about the solid waste management and the climate change issues. Tunza eco generation ambassador Mr.Ganga Datt Awasthi said that it is the first event organized by Tuunza in Nepal and many students know about it and can grab the opportunity from the tunza eco generation. The essay competition, painting competition, Regional ambassador programme are the opportunities and we can get the different scientific and environmental information I the tunza website. After that they were very much interested to be a part of Tunza eco generation. I promise that I will inform them about these competitions. Programme included the lecture session, group activities session, dustbin distribution and eco club formation. In lecture session Mr.Susip Devkota and Mr. Salik Poudel told about the 3R principle (Reuse-Recycle-Reduce) and showed many examples how to implement it in our daily lives sharing her experiences during her teaching time in schools.
There were 60 students in the programme of grade 9 and 10.We divided them in to six groups. These groups were-
1:-Segregation 2:-Reduce 3:-Recycling 4:-Reuse 5:-compost 6:-Vermi compost
We asked them to find out the problem related with the solid waste and how could you manage these waste. we asked to draw the concept of the clean and green village. Then, from six group we selected the best on idea. Best idea was taken from the Recycling group. They created the nice idea how to manage the waste. They emphasized that we should bring change from ourselves don?t ask others to be change. We rewarded them by providing the gift hamper and the stationary material and the dustbin for the school. We formed the eco club to follow up such activities in the school in future The eco club named as green clean eco club Rampur school. The club will coordinate with NYCA and Tunza eco generation to organize any progrmme in the school.
I want to express the profound gratitude to Tuza eco generation to provide me material to ortganize the event in Nepal and I am to much proud to be a part of tunza eco generation.as the new student were informed about the Tunza eco generation and they congrats me for being the ambassador to Nepal and were hopeful to get full help from the Tunza in such program in future. ?People become happy if he/she is too much satisfied.? I am too much satisfied with my work and all credit goes to the Tunza eco generation. I want to inform that next awareness programme will be in the next school soon in coordination with NYCA,Nepal

Childeren can so easily be the victim of the Climate Change.
So it is important for them to learn about your lectures.
