12.12.12- Once in a Century, Once in My Lifetime By- Simran Vedvyas I am very excited and happy to share I did on this special day 12.12.12. With some friends of my school in Dubai we drove to Abu Dhabi, Zayed Scout Camp where at around 11 am I planted a tree in my name, and together we all planted over 20 trees in own names, and 2 trees in the name of our school too. thereafter we all engaged in Clean Up UAE drive, and at 12 past 12 in the afternoon we all were engaged in Clean Up the area and gave a message to the world with the kind of risk we are in due to the Environment and Nature degradation.
The Challenge today is to adopt more sustainable lifestyles. Each one of us has a responsibility to live peacefully without jeopardizing the natural resources. So I had a great day to remember! What did you do?

Christy -Planting trees is always Great Fun. I have been doing this since I was 4 in my grandfather's Farm. Though we lost him last year but each time I plant a Tree or plant I do remember him. He taught me a lot and he was a great man.
This Day 12.12.12 was Great. I had lots of Fun Planning it and working through it all
