Calcium Iron Phosphorous Vitamin A Vitamin B It is cool in nature We mix orange juice with cow milk then give it to children for their stomach problem Mixture of 100ml orange juice and three teaspoonful honey reduces the fever Peeled orange skin is useful while baking cake We can prepare pickles with the help of orange skin so we never waste those skins also because WASTE IS NOT WASTE UNTIL IT IS WASTED |

Good,
By Rubbing the insides of orange on skin , it can be tightened. Oranges can be dried and powdered and used as a natural scrub.
