Reforestation for Reduce the Air Pollution in Loja

My High school ''San Gerardo'' always has been an ecological high school and we have a lot of green area to do ecological activities, as Im the president of my high school I decide to create an ecological club for the student that are leaders in their groups and want to save our planet my city Loja has a lot of air pollution because of the contamination that produce my city, and like ecologist we have a big responsibility, to make our city more responsible and ecological, so we decide to start doing something to reduce the air pollution. All the ecological club thought that one of the ways to reduce the air pollution was planting trees, and is what we do, we did a petition to the municipality of the City Loja for given us trees for the project, so they came to my high school to review the area for the reforestation and they gave us 50 different types of trees as Romerillo, Cedro, Fresno, etc. We had a meeting, where I expound about the Eco Generation goals, explaining the importance of the ecological leaders, and my opinion like ambassador of our country Ecuador, then we all took trees and tools and we go to the green area of our high school, then when we were there we explain to the youngers how to plant the trees it was a wonderful experience because all work in group looking for a goal in common, Save the Planet.
