Did you know that approximately once a week, a large !--object-- like a defunct spacecraft or a rocket body falls out of space and plunges back to Earth? These items can then land in the ocean, Siberia or the Canadian outback. Once, a piece even struck a woman on her shoulder. http://to.pbs.org/ZkhaFW.
How can we prevent Earth - and Earth's orbit - from becoming a garbage dump?

Thanks for sharing. This reminds me of the 3D show we saw in Macau during our last summer vacation to Macau The show was about the harmful !--object--s or debris around the space due to crash/accidents or foreign !--object--s entering the space.

This is a serious problem which threats the space security and it is hard to solve the problem.

Nevertheless, the organization/company/country with equipment on space must be responsible enough with their practices to avoid accidents.

This is interesting, but those events could be an accident. A rocket body during spacecraft launches are monitored and gathered back. Small parts from space will have a hard time reaching the land surface of the Earth though - just like how meteorites are burnt as it enters the atmospheres.
