After getting more explanation on strategic plan by one of the BIOCOOP RWANDA, some basic information have been
drafted and after it has been seen that it was very difficult do compile it in one session. The idea of the members
was to assign the task to hire a consultant but it has been revealed that it can cost a lot. Final Decision was that
two members (Solange MUKAYISENGA and Emmanuel GUMYUSENGE) have been committed to compile the strategic plan in
collaboration with the HODs and the Board till the end of July 2013.
And it has been concluded that the business plan will be done in departments according to specificity of the
project and the Umutanguha MF has accorded the support.
