I started my term as the ambassador of eco generation by creating awareness among the students about the importance of conserving water on the occasion of world water day on March 22.I went to a school in a village wherein I interacted with the young students.At the same time I also gave them tips that can be practiced in everyday lives to save water.i urged them to save water as every drop counts. I also told them about Tunza Eco Generation being an excellent environmental networking platform for young minds like them and encouraged them to join it.Then I distributed promotional goods and candies among them. They seemed to be quite pleased and enthusiastic to join water conservation campaign.

Hey Taverjit! Thanks for introducing our organization! You did such a wonderful job! Those kids might have searched about it when they went back :D And i think these kinds of intimate personal, face to face lectures are much more effective in bringing about change to people. @minjoo it was just me and my friend who went there as a part of tunza .
No other organisation was involved .

Glad to know about your session on Water conservation on 'World Water Day'. It's very important for us to save water and use every drop of it judiciously and also promote about it to many more around us. It's really nice that you promoted Tunza Eco Gen too. Thanks for sharing.

Tanverjit, seems like you had a splendid day working with these students! The faster they be educated the more they will learn the need to save water. Did you plan this all by yourself, or have you done this as a member of an environmental organization or club?
