Preparing for an Event |

July 12, 2013 - The day before the scheduled seminar in Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur, Caraga, Mindanao, Philippines. I was still in Cebu City, a sea away from the event. Despite the distance, I was so excited that I already packed my things two days before. The promotional goods were all in my bags except for the banner which, unfortunately, I left.
My flight was scheduled in the afternoon. Good thing it wasn't delayed or cancelled. Seeing Cebu from top, I was amazed that the province (Cebu City is a city, Cebu is the province) was still covered with trees. However, Mindanao was greener. It only took around 40 minutes from Mactan Cebu International Airport to Bancasi Airport in Butuan City. I still have to ride a bus from Butuan to Bayugan for an hour.
Everything was so fast I barely noticed that I was near. I arrived and went to the venue. I double checked everything in case some other matters were not taken care of. The only problem that I had was the presentation for tomorrow's activity.
That night, I was not able to sleep. I was so busy lately I had no time to prepare. But I finished the presentation. As I slept, I hoped that children and youth will be attending. I was banking on my designated officers. Some of them were already members in the site.
