[CONTINUATION OF PART 1]
Next, I talked about my team, Green Team Indonesia, and about what we do. They were again very excited to join. When I asked them who wants to join Tunza eco-generation and Green Team Indonesia, there was a harmonised chant of students saying MEEEEE. Then, I gave out the promotional goods that I have requested from Tunza. I gave the students and teachers Tunza eco-generation?s brochure and post-its and my name card. I was bombarded by the flailing of hands as they all pushed over one another to get the promotional goods.
After my presentation was over, we had an activity time. The activity was same as my past inspirational class which was making a promise to the world. I asked 5 students to come up to the stage, but so many of them wanted to participate that I added an extra 5 and still more wanted to join! I added an extra five and had to say no to the rest sadly as we were running out of time. They made incredible promises to Earth and in return, I gave them my own personal sticker. Last, I held a quiz where I gave 2 Tunza eco-generation pens and 1 copy of my auto biography. More than half of the students raised their hands up to join but sadly I couldn't choose all of them. The questions were: What does UNEP stand for? When is Earth Day? and Where is Tunza eco-generation?s Headquarters?
At the end of it all I was very happy because I was given the opportunity to share my story to my brothers and sisters. I believe that they will be the future leaders of the world and they have amazing ideas in them. To be honest, I didn?t expect much of them as I thought that they would not listen to me and just talk with their friends instead, but I was wrong. They were all very enthusiastic and listened to every word I said. They said thank you to me and told me that they enjoyed the presentation very much. It felt nice to hear those words. Especially coming from children that are hard to persuade. I felt very much appreciated and I thank Tunza eco-generation for everything. Without Tunza, I wouldn?t be as confident as I am now and I am forever grateful for everything.
