On the occasion of World Environment Day , I visited the to the Govt School of my village along with some young kids .
The purpose was to plant few saplings on the occasion.
At first i told them about Tunza Eco Generation and explained them how it is playing a huge role in preserving the environment thorough youth all over the globe .
Then i explained them the need to keep environment neat & clean and the need to plant trees and water them at the same time . I explained them that trees just ask for water and little care , and in return we get the precious oxygen , fruits etc which is real important for our life .
Told them that ''Nature has given us alot , for which we can never pay off . So we all need to think that for atleast a single day we do something good for the environment .''
Then lastly we together planted few trees in the ground of the school and made them promise to water the sapling each and every day .
Lastly i distributed them the chocolates and the promotional goods .
It was an amazing day . A day to remember . A day in the name of environment .

Tanverjit, it looks like you have spent such a splendid World Environment Day. Planting saplings with their own hands should have given precious experiences to young children. They would have learned a lot, and it seems you have also! Thanks for sharing your day!

All of them seemed to have a great time and learned many new things about the environment as well as Tunza. I'm sure you have also learned things about yourself as that is one of the rewards of service. Later on in the future, their passion to serve the environment will come to good use! Thank you for sharing your experiences!

Good job, Tanverjeet. You made it a meaningful 'Environment Day' not only for yourself but also for these children. I am sure they will remember and be impacted by the eco-values you taught them in this session. Glad to know that you promoted Tunza Eco Gen. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! So kind of you, Tanverjit! I do believe that the best way to combat our current concerns is to make the younger generations appreciate and know the importance of several components of our ecosystem, at a very early age. In that way, they will be able to make it a part of their system to take care of our environment. So to you and all the participants of this event, cheers! :)
