It seems endless on and off rainy days hit Korean peninsular.

The experts are saying the reason for this unusual event is due to the melting of Arctic iceberg.  NSIDC(National Snow and Ice Data Center) also reports that ice extent remains decreased rapidly the first two weeks of July due to the warmer temperature over much of arctic sea.

The extended rainy season highly affects the life of Korean as well. Five districts in KangWon Province has announced as disaster areas.
