On 27th July, a symposium on "Savar Trajedy as we see it : Evaluation & way forward" was held by 38 Rotary Clubs of RID 3281 along with Institute of Disaster Management & Vulnerability of University of Dhaka in Senate Hall of DU.

There were a bunch of rotarians, family member of the victimed people, rotaractors, media activists.
The experts share their views with technical thoughts that how to be more aware in such a situation where about 1500 people died & 3000 injured. The family whose people died or injured are in serious crisis now.
"So we had a iftar & dinner with those depressed & helpless people. Some family also got cash money & sewing machine as a donation from the rotarians.
