Since the establishment of the Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations, there have been a growing number of organisations and environmental campaigns in Nigeria, that focus on creating awareness and making a positive impact to achieve a sustainable environment in the country.

They sometimes do partner with each other to achieve a common goal. Some of these organisation are established by the federal government while others are driven by social entrepreneurship and non-profit organisations. Below in the table are some of the most popular environmental organisations in Nigeria.
