Formation on waste management is based on some necessity to show people how dangerous if they don?t manage waste in good way. Explain them about the waste production process and classify different types of waste. That was done with objective to help people to know more about the waste that they have in their possession or they product after using some products. Because to manage more efficiently the waste you should know what type of waste you?re facing and what is its effect in the environment. If it can be recycled, valorized, or eliminated etc.
And after explain people (25 young students, different field of studies) how to know what type of waste they are facing. It was time to give them some actions they can do in the waste management process. Valorization of waste, among the different way to valorize waste, recycling to do handcrafted things, the composting was the most appropriate for them, cause of their capacity and economical reason. Then, it was necessary to talk about composting process and the importance of that.
Explain the students how to do a good composting and maximize their waste management in order to get profit at the same time they reduce their effect and protect the environment. Talking about the advantages and the inconvenient of the composting in order to put students in a good ambiance to practice it and reduce the risks and prevents some inconvenients.
Thus, after the formation, people were very grateful and promise they are going to work to reduce their waste and manage what they product. Two systems of composting are going to put in place in their locality in order to reyalize what was providing to them through the formation.

Waste management is one of those issues that are supposedly a common knowledge for everyone. Unfortunately, this is not the case as many people actually lack in awareness on the issue because of several factors such as lack in formal education or lack of practice in the immediate community.
