Planting A spice Plantation

by Rohan Kapur | 19-08-2013 22:47 recommendations 0

Green is my favorite color & my passion. Planting a tree, plant or sapling is my lifeline. When I do not leave any such opportunity in Dubai, do you expect me to lag behind in Goa?

Goa, India where we had our vacations last week, is lush green. It has so much greenery that your eyes & mind goes cool & peaceful.

But, all facilities needs to be maintained on a regular basis. As such nature is so kind on Goa, that without the intervention of Mankind it can sustain (even better, you bet) its greenery for generations to come. Authorities are careful on this & they carry out the plantations on scientific basis.

I stumbled on such an activity. Spice plantation was being carried out in the vicinity of Big Foot Museum.

I jumped on this chance & planted a few saplings with my hands. Touching & feeling the soil was priceless. I felt so complete. The picture is attached.
