Nuclear Waste. It will give everyone cancers. It will cause leukemia. It is undoubtedly bad. These are the common myth that everyone thought of when it comes to nuclear. However, how far do you agree?

According to whatisnuclear.com, nuclear waste is the material that nuclear fuel becomes after it is used in a reactor. From the outside, it looks exactly like the fuel that was loaded into the reactor — assemblies of metal rods enclosing fuel pellets.1 Basically, nuclear waste is what nuclear generator left after they make electricity for your daily life. It does cause us to have cancer or leukemia. But you do need it for your daily life. Japan is a very good example on high usage of nuclear generator.

Hi Cheng! Thanks for sharing your report on nuclear energy in Malaysia.
While reading your report, I was curious about how heavily your country is depending on nuclear power compared to other energy sources. If you get to know about it, please write more about it:)

Cheng, thank you for your report. I guess there are just very few nuclear generators in Malaysia. So until now there hasn't been any problem with them? Also is there any opinion in Malaysia to build more generators?
