Good day Dear Eco Ambassadors, The respective theme is that of water, a topic that in Colombia is quite usual to always be near a water source, our hydrology is special 5 fluvial stars, but that is our condemnation, as in the countries that are based on its natural resources as a source of its colombia ecnomia has not taken into account the water for its future and it is there where the second topic comes in. Fracking or Hydraulic Fracturing, popular method to extract oil and coke gas, from the oil industry. This process tries to enter at very deep depths a mixture of water, sand and a coctail of chemicals, which at a precion perforate the rocks and release their oil deposits, this only giving a few more years of stability to the country, but like most of us of resource are Sublucent Subterranean about 80% of the water of the country is underground by filtering these chemicals that are supremely corroborates added to the oil that is extremely contaminate, s epone at risk the health of the liquid resource in the country. As, practice is an important consideration for the country, a solid economy in hydrocarbons is what has marked our economy the last 40 years, where the issue of water management has been a caoz, the note is also inviting them to think in an orderly manner. dynamics that are in the water sources, a country like Colombia must still consider a future that we are seeing now, as what happens with Cape Town that in a few days will reach its time 0, The particular actions of the population and the technical measures of Planning and protection are tools that I advise to know. You have heard of this method? Some know what countries admit it and where ?, or if their countries have current processes of extraction by this method that brings so much good, in a coma that is no longer dependent on fossil fuels little by little?.

Hello Daniel :)
After reading your report, I search a bit about hydraulic fracturing.
Fracking is known to cause climate change, high water consumption, water contamination and even earthquake risks. And fortunately it seems that more and more countries are participating in banning hydraulic fracturing. With France as the first nation to ban it in 2011, now states int the U.S including vermount and Newyork also implemented laws. I hope more regulation could spread worldwide!
Thanks!!
