Well I think the first point on the above title is for all environmental actors to understand the role of every single individual on their country's future in the whole environment situation because we know now that gas emissions is the main global challenge. So it's not an exaggeration to say that if benefits as well as burden are not fairy shared, the environmental future as well as climate change mitigation isn't very promising so if you know that a large share of your future depends on a fresh and clean environment, you better start making it your own from that very point. I would think the fairy sharing of both environmental benefits as well as burdens is some kind of a contract between environmental actors on global level of trying to mitigate climate change to a better quality of life and a better planet. Therefore, in that sense everyone has to work hard to accomplish that so that he or she may enjoy the benefits of his or her own effort. I think one of the biggest challenges will be to find that new governance and cooperation mechanism between environmental actors. I think that is what should be resolved. The contemporary form and rapid pace of environmental justice will depend on a steady and reliable cooperation system. Fairy distribution of the environmental outcomes will be achieved and diversified, only after the problem of environmental actors' cooperation is addressed. Current methodologies of considering only largely emitting industries or even countries is unsustainable. I do not believe that telling the governments that their future is going to be based on large emitters and not easier to incorporate. Not only is it costing the planet untoned environmental damage through gas emissions and an overexploitation of resources, it is also not addressing key issues of precaution of disasters and food security. Agro industries offers one possible solution to help address the issue of food security through land consolidation. However, it needs commitment from all actors including government, individuals as well as operating industries to make it successful. There is the need for the cooperation of all environmental actors to make this concept more feasible. One of those issues that individuals will have to work hard on is because there is a missing of common understanding on how they want to move forward and there is no compromise between all environmental actors. I'm confident that if all the actors are involved, we can find that cooperation but of course there still a couple of issues that they indeed have to work on very, very fast and this has to do with the ways of how they use and consume energy. |

Hello Ishimwe, close cycle and relationship between environmental factors are hard for human beings to understand every cycle and element beneath them. However, when we look at them individually, it randomly sums up into some common points, making it round and easy for us to detect them.
Thanks for letting us think about this cycle once again!

Hello Ishimwe
Your point about the lack of common understanding and compromise between environmental actors well sums up the problem in environment justice. actors should acknowledge the burden that we everyone is carrying. And the ultimate way to solve this inequality will be done by cooperation, as the report also points out.
Nicely written report :)

YES, co2 pollution is increasing day by day due to increasing transportation in every country. We have to act locally to reduce corbon pollution. Thanks for the information.

Thank you for the information. :) :)

Ishimwe Eric, I believe that the transportation sector is the largest source of carbon dioxide emissions in almost every country... you are right)
Thank you
