Hello Abass, I am afraid to hear such news. Hope rescuers found missing person.
And about this flood, I assume it is important to seek the clue or problem reason in the perspective of climatology.
Whether it is abrupt and sudden, abnormal climate or so, systematical analysis from climatology will provide solutions in the long run.

    Good day Abass.

Firstly, I would like to send my deepest, heartfelt condolence to the people who have lost their loved ones i the flood event. It is not a good sight to see when something as water which is suppose to bring life and prosperity to a land and its people do the exact opposite.

Secondly, I wold like to send a huge well done to the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) and NADMO for their swift plan of action in saving the many lives. I hope all the best to them and their current endevour in recurring others who have suffered due to the event.

    Yours sincerely
    Rosa
