The rate of gangs in Africa  is going high and its becoming a threat to national development of some of the African countries,

I have personally taken a step by asking so me of the gang members who were passing by to what was leading them to all  that, destroying there precious lives and t hey responded by saying that it is due to lack of jobs/employment, common sense will tell you that you don?t only have to only rely on a white collar job but use your skills to live your day to day life, they say they have applied to many companies but they are not being employed leading them bringing up gangs which they use to terrorise people , beating people so on and so forth.

I thought about this if these are brought together, they undergo counselling where they will be told the importance of using their skills other than  involving themselves in bad vices, after Counselling skills will be identified, those that are talented in football can be helped by setting up an academy for them etc., by so doing  I think gangs will be brought to an end or reduced and the lives of the youths will be saved because tomuch of alcohol causes liver problems and a number of youths are suffering  because of this and they are regretting.

visiting schools and talking TO PUPILS about the dangers of being part of the gangs, drinking and smoking is also another way that might help in reducing the high rate of gangs, because those that will be wanting to join these gangs won?t join due to the dangers of joining them.

Together we can.

Hello Chabala, after reading this report it made me think a lot about certain unemployment issues which is appearing in various places nowadays. As the report says,if only a little bit of guidance were to be given to these people things could get a lot better. The first thing that we need would probably be a systematic support system that can aid people with the opportunity to progress!
    Thanks for the report
