Palm trees producing sweetest palm wine |

Some palm trees produced in Africa a sweet sap called palm wine which is very appreciated by people.However some particularly adults do not appreciate sweet palm wine and therefore bark of some other species sucha as Khaya senegalensis, Garcinia lucida, and other trees are added to give the wine a bitter taste.The most popular species producing palm wine are Raphia sp.and Elaeis guineensis.
