Heat and Africa - An Advice to the other continents

by Justice Obiri | 30-07-2019 12:12 recommendations 1

Paris reported its highest temperature ever this week as Europe¡¯s second major heat wave of the summer continues. And it is very notable that this heat wave is mainly coming from North Africa and moving straight into Europe. This excessive heat has caused death to at least five persons in France between 1st and 30th July, 2019. Many european countries are now on the alert and are cautioning their citizens to be very mindful of the heat wave they are baking under. This countries include the UK and Belgium. As the heat wave is ongoing, I will take this chance to advice the countries outside Africa whose priority is to exploit Africa even in the twenty first century.

This excessive heat wave is as a result of climate change. If you have followed my series of Stop Exploiting Africa, you may have noticed that I keep saying that when Africa is exploited and the land gets depleted, the effect will be felt by all of us. The heat wave currently being experienced in Europe is from North Africa and already the high temperatures being recorded have broken records already. This means that something is going wrong and as a nature activist, I know that it is a result of abnormal climate which is occuring in excess becaue of the ongoing exploitation of Africa.

Instead of exploiting Africa, let us make it a better place for you and I, let us campaign about the importance of Africa in the production of food and other many raw materials. The effect change in the climate of Africa is having on the entire earth and how it can be managed, let us preserve Africa because Africa is the future. No continent has more resources than Africa, so when these resources are tapped into in the rightful way such as cutting down a log and planting three in its place, then Africa will be a good place and the world might live in peace one day and forget about heat waves during the summer holidays.

The saying still stands "Stop Exploiting Africa"

Green Cheers!

    Hi Justice,

Thank you for your report and I personally enjoyed reading it. I also believe that heat is the result of climate change as it is observed that Europe has suffered from abnormal heat in summer. It is worth for us to contemplate the cause. Great work.

    Hello Justice

Some people still insist that excessive heat is just part of natural phenomenon. However, as the growing number of people who died from sweltering heat suggests, it's more reasonable to say that it's the result of climate change. We must stop exploiting Africa to stop climate change. Thank you for sharing this great report with us!

    Hey Justice!

I hope you are well today!
I concur with you completely. I have been keeping track of your report series and it has boiled down to over-exploitation of African resources, which is true. But what I would also like to mention is that for such exploitation to take place, we need to look at the flaws of our policies that don't conserve our natural environment.

Seeing to this, it is only natural for the Earth to react in a manner that reciprocates uncontrolled use of resources by mankind.

We need to see this as an alarm bell and call for action to be instigated. Thank you for reporting Justice, a great read!

Keep up your amazing work ethic!
    With gratitude,
    Ms. Rosa Tiimuma Domingos

    Dear Justice,

You're right - the abnormal climate change experienced by European countries is not normal, and it may have something to do with what is going on in the other parts of the world.
Whether for this reason or not, people should not try to take advantage of Africa.
Thank you for this report and keep up the good work.
