The status of air in Viet Nam was getting worse .According to the monitoring data in recent years, in some big urban areas in Viet Nam, the continuous automatic monitoring system shows that, the PM2.5pollution is the most serious problem for air pollution. It is a very difficult issue not only for Viet Nam but also of many Asian countries. The pollution assessment can be carried out through the comparison of average daily monitoring data and average annual monitoring data to the allowed levels . The amount of emissions from motorbike and others vehicle is increasing continuosly .
In my oppinion , there are several causes : 1. Number of cars and motorbike is growing 2.Public traffic is limited 3. The construction of apartments in big city Air pollution is a slient killer that kill and harm milions people in Viet Nam anually . According to Le Viet Phu , an economic expert from Fulbright University Viet Nam , the number of death caused by air pollution is four times higher than of those inflicted by traffic accidents, which is about 11000 per year . In recent years , Viet Nam has been implementing some sollutions such as : finalising the legal system relating to air quality management , constructing some works to enhance the pulic transportation system , selecting some clean technology ,... but citizens seem to be neglect to these actions . In sum , it is not only Viet Nam government 's responsibility to solve this problem , but it depends largely on Vietnamese 's awareness . Thanks for reading , this is my first report as a ambassador . I hope you enjoy and comment below this post what you think as well as helping me to correct the wrong details |

Hello Dat Hua! Nice to meet you!
What a nice analysis of the air pollution happening in Viet Nam!
I agree with you that the air pollution is a serious threat to many Asian countries.
What's really sad is that citizens of those countries are getting used to the dirty air and find no need to make things better.
What are some easy but important actions we, as normal citizens can take to clean the air?
Thank you for the great report!!

Hey there Dat,
I am very proud of you and your first ever report...Well done! I t quite shocking that Vietnam is going through so much air pollution and at a time where there should be interventions for it. I hope that the government authorities looks to possible SDGs to bring up an action plan for the dense air pollution in your nation.
Thank you for reporting Dat,
Warm regards,
Rosa
