When Babies are not happy, they cry, when adults are not happy, they talk, when animals are not happy, they create sounds to show their dissatisfaction. But THE EARTH HAS NO MOUTH like you and I, to talk, cry, or like animals to create sounds. When she's not happy, she talks in a way that's strange to us. -----▷ She's been talking all this while, and we've choose not to listen ; I hope we don't start listening to her voice only when she starts shouting? Then, it might be too late....

The earth speaks...
I do agree with you that our nature has been trying to warn us that we have gone too far and that it cannot last any longer for a long time. Yet, it is us who have been carelessly ignoring those words and putting all in the irreversible danger.
We should start listening to what she has got to say and actually take those words into our prior concern!

As you mentioned, the earth can't speak. That's why human society should be extra careful with the environmental impacts that might be cause by human developments. Only when people finally learn to respect the nature there finally will be sustainable development.
