Hello!
I'm really sorry that I'm not so active here as in last month, but due to the quarantine and online schooling it is absolutely impossible to go online internet is overloaded. New rules and helping a group of risk takes all my time away. I decided to help old people and people whose in the conditions, which they can not exit their houses, because of COVID-19, so it takes all my free time. So today I am going to talk about Hyaluronic acid (hyaluronate, hyaluronan) is a non-sulfonated glycosaminoglycan that is part of the connective, epithelial and nervous tissues. It is one of the main components of the extracellular matrix, found in many biological fluids (saliva, synovial fluid, etc.). It takes a significant part in the proliferation and migration of cells. It is produced by certain bacteria (e.g. Streptococcus). An average of about 15 grams of hyaluronic acid is contained in a human body weighing 70 kg, a third of which is converted (broken down or synthesized) every day. Hyaluronic acid is the main component of synovial fluid responsible for its viscosity. Along with lubricin, hyaluronic acid is the main component of biological lubricants. Hyaluronic acid is an important component of articular cartilage, which is present in the form of a shell of each cell (chondrocyte). When hyaluronic acid binds to aggrekan monomers in the presence of a binding protein, large negatively charged aggregates that absorb water are formed in the cartilage. These aggregates are responsible for the elasticity of the cartilage (its resistance to compression). The molecular weight (chain length) of hyaluronic acid in the cartilage decreases with age, while its total content increases. Also, hyaluronic acid is part of the skin, where it participates in tissue regeneration. When the skin is excessively exposed to ultraviolet light, it becomes inflamed ("sunburn"), while the synthesis of hyaluronic acid in the dermis cells stops and its rate of decay increases. Due to its high content in extracellular matrices, hyaluronic acid plays an important role in tissue hydrodynamics, cell migration and proliferation processes, and also participates in a number of interactions with cell surface receptors, especially with its primary CD44 receptor. The participation of hyaluronic acid in the development of tumors may be due to its interaction with CD44. While hyaluronic acid itself binds to CD44, there is evidence that the transduction of the inflammatory signal of its degradation products is carried out through the receptors of macrophages and dendritic cells TLR2, TLR4, or through both of these receptors. Toll-like receptors (TLR) and hyaluronic acid belong to the innate immune system. I think it is enough of science, so here we go. This acid is one of the main components of a future environmental friendly glue and one of the basics materials, which can be used in the regions of Africa, where the civilization is not so active not exist at all. For example: As I wrote in one of my previous reports, hyaluronic acid can be used as a glue to built simple houses and it will not damage people health and it is not dangerous to environment, because of her natural functions. As a material it wasn't denatured as many other glues and as a cure from cataract it is absolutely safe and effective. why I chose this acid? Because it is one of the most popular component in beauty industry, but no one think that it is as useful in environment as in your face or hands creme. Firstly it was made by nature in acacia leaves, but when it was discovered by chemists it became an industrial production. We know it as a rejuvenating elixir, as well as one of the most useful components in nature conservation we need to prove the benefits of it in future, because the true future lays on the hands of this chemical. Again want to tell thank you for all medical workers and my condolences for everyone who affected by this pandemic. |

Hi Diana, this is a mentor Sang Su Lee.
I can see that you go through a lot of resources and studied a lot to write this article. But, please add some sources that you refer to when writing this article.
Hyaluronic acid is widely used in cosmetics field because of its feature of moisturizing effect. I, however, did not know that this can be used as a glue. This chemical is obviously a substance that reaps benefits to humans.
Thank you for your detailed article!
P.S. Don't worry. Two articles (free and thematic reports) are fine too.

Hello Diana Gamazova, this is mentor Taehyun!
Thank you for the report about the interesting chemical! I didn't know that hyaluronic acid can be used as a glue! It was a perfect report which explains the characteristics and mechanisms of reactions and also using field(particularly in environmental engineering)! I got a lot of interesting information because of your report!
So, thank you for the useful report!
Green cheers!
