Stillness and serenity have finally made its way by tearing apart the cacophony piled up since ages To the call of mother Earth no heed humans pay instead relentlessly squeezed its resources Fury of nature has pronounced its vastness And made humans devoid of its forefront What conferences could not do for decades A tiny creature did it upfront Birds have got back their free space in the sky A whiff of fresh air engulfs the milieu We are caged while animals are moving freely This paradigm shift will change me and you As fear is lurking beneath the sheet of calmness Parks, malls, pools have no significance left Streets are empty with no human traces Bare essentials are what we want Are we edging towards a full circle of life We started as hunters and before we end as gatherers Let’s pledge to change the course of our life Be humane not inhuman is what our mother nature requires.
