With the population of sea wildlife such blueprint provides the contribution of allowing the interaction of human and marine; entails that conservation practices are ensured considerably at extended phase to ensure that marine life and its recipients are well restored and rejuvenate for future generational years. Through the national defense(navy)force external border ecology and ecosystem chains are too protected. Such policy ensures that sustainable programs be provided and with constructive information plans being shared from awareness campaigns, sustainability initiatives for littering, phytoplankton importance, pollution prevention on beaches and/shores.
