ENVIRONMENT??? OPINION DIFFERS |

We care for nature. Nature is the common home for all. Children are the future for tomorrow. Their quality and personality will determine the kind of destiny that beackons the nation. It, therefore, become mandatory for every nation and every society to nurture a strong, healthy and intellectual youth. It is the responsibility of the adults to direct the youth in desired direction. The youth of a nation is its power-house. I have asked the children of my community regarding their perception to the environment. There were children below 16 years of age. I made an attempt to known their views regarding the environment. The views of the children living in the same society differed appreciately. Man has a deep relationship with the environment. Thus, man is the inseparable component of the environment. Environmental components trigger the life forms in the earth. As the status and nature of the environmental component differs, so is the social life. Someone rightly said that the children are the buds which should be nurtured sensitively to make the garden. If we want to make our nation’s future bright, we ought to work for the children. Environment constitutes both physical and biological components. Some took the environment just as a concrete forest, while some take the environment as a garden only. They have drawn what the environment in the pictorial form. Some took nature as sun and river only. So, the children are very far from the knowledge about what really nature is. One child was just learning to write as he has celebrated only third birthday of this life. His view on environment really touched me. He takes his home and parents as his environment so, he says I love nature and care the nature. Using I pad, he has expressed his view regarding the nature. So, I have done from my side to know the interesting logics and views regarding the environment and nature. So, lastly at the end of the tenure I have accessed the attitude and overview of the children towards the environment. Thank you Tunza for keeping my motivation and interest to work for the environment. |

I am really happy to see that there are so many children who are caring for the nature and the environment. They are the future generation that will take responsibilities in the future. I hope they are raised well, being educated in a right way thereby having a just perception on the environment.
