[FREE REPORT] - BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

by Justice Obiri | 11-10-2020 12:56 recommendations 0

October alias Pink Month has been reserved for the Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is a month used to raise awareness of the said cancer which affects the breast mostly in females. It is very rare in males. As an ambassador and a big fan of nature, I took it to social media (mostly whatsapp) to share a thing or two which I know of the said cancer with the people around me.

I have not witnessed anybody with a breast cancer before but surely I've seen some on the television and on documentaries I watch and the truth be told "It is not good and I wish for no body to suffer from it" As a female kindly visit the clinic and check up your status with a mammogram. It is free to check your breast cancer status in Ghana, I hope it is free in other countries as well.

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer that is responsible for high mortality rate of females (in terms of cancer) in Ghana. Due to the low level of awareness, it is only reported to the hospital in its advance stage where there is little or no hope of survival. But everything has its own merits and demerits, this time much awareness is being created and the hope of survival would be much higher. People located in the rural areas are my problem now due to the fact that reaching them is very difficult but with resources made available through international institutions like NBCF (National Breast Cancer Foundation) there's hope of reaching them one day.

Green Cheers!

    Hello Justice,
    this is your mentor WooJoo.

    Warm greetings from South Korea.
Every year the number of cancer patients is increasing, including the breast cancer patients.
There is a need to address that things that are used in everyday life, such as shampoo, cosmetics, coating frying pan, sprays, contain endocrine-disrupting chemicals.
These chemicals accumulate in our bodies, and are one of the main cancer-causing hormones.
It would be nice if everyone in the world could get the same opportunity for treatment, but unfortunately this hasn't been achieved.

Thank you for reminding us about the October alias Pink month.

    Regards,
    WooJoo

    Hello Justice!
    It's your SJ mentor.

Thank you for sharing your report about Breast Cancer.
Breast cancer is the fifth highest discovering cancer in Korea.
But the mortality of this disease is about 10% when diagnosed in Stage 1.
So detecting in early stage is most important.
I hope some time people in rural areas can easily access to hospital.

    Sincerley,
    SJ mentor.
