Around 6000 dear lives are dreaded to be in peril in Nijhum Dwip (island) because of the new Cyclone Yaas , one of the islands at Hatiya Island of Noakhali District in Bangladesh. The Nijhum Dwip Union of Hatiya Upazila has been overflowed because of the cyclonic flood of Yaas. Accordingly, as there is no high land in the National Park of Noakhali's Nijhum Dwip, as a result of that the existences of around 6,000 deer in the National park are currently in harm's way.

Besides, Under the impact of Cyclone Yaas, four to five feet high tsunamis hit the Marine drive region. Accordingly, around 300 enormous Jhau trees were removed in Kobita Chattar, Diabetic Hospital Point, and Shaibal Point regions.

Four dead deer and three live ones were found in the Sundarbans and its area in three days. Sundarbans, the biggest mangrove woodland situated in the biggest delta on the planet, was severely harmed by the tsunamis and solid breezes of Cyclone Yaas, during its landfall in the eastern Indian territory of Odisha.

    Dear Mahsinur,

This is your mentor Yuseon :)

I actually searched for cyclone Yas. It sounds like a huge scale of a natural disaster. I just read an article that milions of people are evacuating. Hope nothing severe happens. Fingers crossed!
Thanks for sharing this report with us!
Looking forward to your next one, too:)

    Hi Mahsinur,

This is your mentor Debbie. :)

Yikes! Natural disasters are truly horrific. Just one cyclone can affect such a large number of wildlives?? It's a shame that four deers were killed by Cyclone Yaas. It looks like the devastating effect is going to last long since the largest mangrove woodland is affected.

I hope that the situation can improve shortly! :( Thanks for sharing, Mahsinur.

    Green Cheers,
    Debbie

    Hello Mahsinur,
This is terrible news for the habitants of Bangladesh, I hope everyone is safe... I just think this report needed an explanation of what a Cyclone is, other than that it is amazingly written and clear :) I also enjoyed reading names of regions I haven't heard of before. Thanks for sharing!
    Keep us updated
