(Free Report) World Environment Day 2021: Ecosystem Restoration

The theme of World Environment Day 2021 for this year is "Reimagine, Recreate, Restore", simply "ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION". On this occasion, Youth Endeavour for Sustainable Agriculture, an organization had organized a program entitled with "CONVEY YOUR IDEA" for ecosystem restoration where we (Me and Smriti Magar) as a team, participated. The program was conducted in 2 phases. Only 8 top participants from Phase I were selected for Phase II. What we did in phase I ? We collected some stock videos online and compiled along with voicing over and we submitted the video on May 31. 2 days later when we saw the list of top 8 participants, we got surprised. Yeah! We were on the 1^st position. Click Here for the Video we posted on the program What we did today in Phase II ? The 2^nd Phase was the presentation Phase. We prepared a presentation slide and presented to the viewers on the zoom meeting call. The list which we explained on the presentation is: Planting trees (Avoid Deforestation) Rainwater harvest Kitchen waste to compost Turn off the light and electronic gadgets during unwanted time Have candle light dinner once in a while shutting down all the electronic gadgets and lights Use solar energy/ solar panel Use Eco friendly minimalism Use of bicycles instead of using heavy polluting vehicles Reduce, reuse and recycle plastics: You can reduce by giving it back to the shopkeeper and in return you may get a chocolate. Creative DIYS And at last we request all other participants on zoom call to help Ecosystem to restore by applying these simple ideas. And we got 1^st position again. It's good of you to also participate in the meaningful event.
I feel kind of sad that it could only take place non-face-to-face but still..
