Winner Announcement Pictoword Puzzle #3 |

How fast the time flies, it has already been 3 series of pictoword puzzle. Altogether we collected more than 150 amazing response in the whole 3 series. We are really overwhelmed with the response we got and of course, with answers given by the responders. For the last series, we have Ms. Sahista Thapa as the winner. Congratulations from the team. The winner was selected on basis of the correctness of the Pictoword puzzle and the short question answers. The answers given by the winner to some questions are given below: 1. Is use of fossil fuel eco friendly? What may be its suitable alternatives? Answer: No, It is not eco friendly. There are so many alternatives which is suitable and also eco friendly like wind energy, solar energy, biomass liquid fuels etc Nowadays, solar panels, wind turbines and hydroelectricity are some of the alternatives energy technologies which main aim is to prevent further climate change effects. 2. What are the reason for climate change? Answer:Climate change happened because of both anthropogenic activities' and also due to natural variability. But in today's world, human activities play key role in changing the weather patterns by human-induced emissions of greenhouse gases. Activities of human like burning fossil fuels, cutting down trees, farming livestock which contribute enormous amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and increasing the greenhouse effect which results in climate change. 3. What can be done to protect the forest? Answer: In my view, I think sustainable forest management should be adapted to preserve forest which can benefit for both livelihood and also preservation of forest resources. Proper survey of forest should be done to implement policies and regulation in both governemnt and community level. Training programmes should be conducted for persons who engaged in forest conservation activities. Time to time research activities should be carried out for efficient use. In other hand, reforestation and afforestation need to be done which play important role in preservation of forest. We are very much overwhelmed to see such a good responses from many nations in all three pictoword puzzle series. And we hope to get similar responses and excitement for the upcoming programs. The pictoword puzzle series was organised by Tunza eco generation ambassador to Asia (Meena Pandey), Eco generation ambassador to Nepal (Binita Suwal, Alok Dhakal and Dolma Sherpa). |

I love how you can receive a variety of ideas through the pictoword puzzle! I wonder where you and your teammates usually get these community ideas from. These are fascinating and I do support your journey in coordinating such events not only on Tunza but also on other platforms as much as you can. Congratulations for another round of success :)

Hello Binita!
It was so good to colloborate with you guys. Yes, the program was successful from our joint effort. I was amazed to see the number of participantion and the way the participant responded to our short questions attached to it.
There was number of participant from tunza and we had our mentor as a participant in the first series.
We expect similar love and support from all.
