The lady with red sari in the picture is Mrs Sarhani Tharu, and the man is Mr. Chatrapal Tharu. This picture was taken during my work as mobilizer from veterinary faculty in ¡°Smart Village Programme.¡± I was nominated for the Suddhodhan Rural Municipality ward number 05. It is in Rupandehi district, province 05 of Nepal. I was looking after buffalo and cattle farming. In the beginning days, I was taking some survey with the farmers. I was going to visit the Sarhani Tharu home to take survey. Fortunately, I found her in the road. She was rearing her buffaloes in the pastureland. Mr. chatrapal tharu is one of the trained farmer in that village. He was helping me as a guide to introduce different farmers since the village was entirely new for me. While we were going to visit Sarhana Tharu, we met her on pastureland by roadside. We settled and sat on a green carpet of nature and took surgery. It was really so joyous moment to talk with her in the beautiful environment. I usually take Tunza Eco Generation bag along with me wherever I travel with my essential goods on it. She noticed the bag and she was fascinated by the bag and asked me if that bag was from government agencies. I didn¡¯t want to miss the chance and introduced Tunza Eco Generation among them. They really appreciated the works of Tunza and also felt proud observing a Nepali girl being a part of it. The reason behind the bag was also appreciated by them. Since, I had already been using that bag, I am thinking of gifting her the next bag that I will be receiving from Tunza Eco Generation as a promotional goods to her. It was really a worthful moment when a stranger out of the blue comments something good on the goods you carry. I must say the goods motto is so appreciative that is reduce plastics through biodegradable, reusable and recyclable goods, it¡¯s obvious people would comment on it, which is a good thing. The conversation apart from survey on that pastureland of Suddhodhan Rural Municipality 05 would be worthful memories. Thank you Tunza Eco Generation.

Hi Asmita,
This is your mentor Yuseon:D
Wow its wonderful to hear that you were able to talk with farmers and promote our platform
Tunza, and how it's operating successfully. Giving a gift to remind her was an excellent idea, too. I wonder what your survey's topic was. Hope you could share them with us in the next report:)
Looking forward to it!

Dear Asmita,
This is your mentor Debbie. :)
Awwh this is such a sweet article! It's great that you did not miss the chance and introduced our community to the farmers you were to interview. I'm smiling already - super glad that they are supporting your journey as an ambassador here at Tunza as well. Please keep up the work :D
Best,
Debbie
