Twenty thirty Time's up Still chasing money Meanwhile, temperature rises up Twenty thirty The battle is lost Trying to reverse this desperately Hopefulness is lost As the ashes eat us We continue to rely on meat To feed us As we breathe with the darkness We regret everything We know we don't deserve lightness Our changes are not enough To reverse the changed climate Deadly tragedies were never enough To make us act for the climate You and me Don't want this future We believe in our dream For our green Earth You and me Want to celebrate success In the year twenty thirty Of our achievance Our planet is rebuilt We rely on renewables We love recyclables Forests are back The weather cools down What we thought was gone extinct Is now staying at its home Wildlife, marine life is alive Gaiea is happy Toxic gas are being sequestered As we advanced our technology Only when we work hand in hand We rise up We the youth changed the world |

WOW!! Big round of applause for an amazing poem. I didn't expect our ambassadors would write a poem but here we go! Hurray!! I loved the line "Forests are back" because it indeed sounded like our environment is finally smiling back at us. I also enjoyed seeing how some key words are colored green. Very 'Green' indeed :)
