(tematic month post) spread the use of renewable energy everywhere

by Dante Santiago Prada | 17-12-2021 03:58 recommendations 0

Since I was little I always thought about what career I wanted to study, I went from doctor to lawyer and from professor to engineer. Today I would like to study veterinary medicine because I feel a great passion for animals, I have had the opportunity to grow up surrounded by them. In my house we always had chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits and domestic fish, and in those of my grandparents there were cows, horses and sheep, therefore since I was a child my parents and grandparents taught me how to relate, treat and care for animals , which I am very grateful for.
So if I have to choose careers related to that, they could turn out to be farm animal veterinary medicine or agronomic engineering. I also always liked politics very much, because I know that real changes can be carried out from political positions but unfortunately today in Argentina politicians are blinded by power and ambition while the population is the one who pays the consequences, and the polarization is too much between the two main political spaces so the appearance of new candidates is very difficult.
Returning to the two possible careers that I could follow in the future (veterinary or agricultural engineering), now is the time to relate them to renewable energy. In Argentina, the potential to generate renewable energy is enormous due to its breadth and diversity of climates, especially wind energy in the south and solar energy in the center and north of the country. From the agronomic engineering space, it is possible to work from poultry areas or in the milk industry. The poultry industry (production of chicken meat and eggs) consumes a lot of energy, since chickens are required to receive light 24 hours a day. Being an agronomist one can encourage producers to install solar energy panels in chicken and laying hen farms, explaining the environmental benefits that this will have and also the economic benefits, the same with the energy used by the milk extraction centers. vaccine. The veterinarian can also make the same types of invitations to his clients, in addition to being a professional that many people go to, he can spread information and advice and advice on renewable energies among his clients.

Hello Dante, this is your mentor Hannah.

First, I wish you become a great vet. I'm now trying to be an engineer, but I still have little dream for being a vet.
I didn't think vets or agronomists could be part of renewable energy-related jobs, but I guess you're right! Having the power influence, agronomists and vets can spread using renewable energy.
Thank you for your great article and please keep up with your wonderful work :)

    Sincerly,
    Hannah

Hello Dante this is your mentor Joon.

Not many people relate what they want to do to renewable energy. Indeed it is hard to come up with such idea that 'I should related my work to renewable energy!'. Yet, if one is interested enough, it would be easy to come up with it. As for that, I especially liked this part of your article : 'he can spread information and advice and advice on renewable energies among his clients.' People should always think how their actions could relate to different positive externalities and should pursue them if possible, in my personal opinion.

Well read your article, and let's keep up!

    Best,

    Joon
