Introduction By way of definition, carbon neutrality is a concept that support having an equilibrium between emitting and absorbing carbon from source to sinks. To actualize a net zero emission globally they must be counterbalance of greenhouse has (GHG) emission. Some of the emission sinks include oceans, forested areas and soils. Carbon neutrality has been a subject of discussion in many international gatherings and meetings seeking many ways to resolve it because the effect is telling on our health, economy and socio-political sphere. Due to that strategic engagement, the European Parliament on the 7th of October, 2020 backed the climate neutrality plan to reduce carbon emission to 60% by 2030. This is because the effect of excessive carbon emission was destroying our atmosphere and making our environment unconducive. Relevant research has shown that natural sinks remove is between 9.5 and 11Gt of CO2 per year while annual global emission has reach 38.0GT (European Parliament, 2019). These emission has gradually caused in increase in forest fires, global warming and excessive land use changes. Strategic steps in actualizing carbon neutrality Below are some of the strategies that can reduce the emission of carbon neutrality: Carbon adjustment and partnership: Carbon adjustment involves deliberate steps taking as regards partnership and procuring less carbon goods from countries taking conscious steps in reducing carbon emission. This will encourage those countries and also encourage other countries to take some deliberate measure. Investment in Carbon neutrality: By investing in programs and projects that is geared towards achieving carbon neutrality such as energy efficiency, low carbon technologies, investing in renewable energy, a lot of innovation and technology will be brought in contain the excesses. Institutionalization: World organizations especially those concerned with the environments should institute measures, policies and supports to nations who don¡¯t take conscious effort to reduce their carbon emission. Also, sanctions should be placed on members who are deliberately causing excessive harmful emission especially when programs and supports have been readily available to them.
Summary In actualizing this goal, everyone especially government institutions and organizations such as the United Nations, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and European Union must be deliberate. Partnership, support and enactment of laws as regards carbon emission and appropriate sanctions must be drafted and implemented. Only by this action will our carbon emission excesses drop drastically. REFERENCES European Parliament ¡°What is carbon neutrality and how can it be achieved by 2050?¡± |

Hello Miracle, this is your mentor Hannah.
Yes, well wrote how the carbon neutrality can be implemented.
Especially carbon adjustment was new to me. Strategies can be made for governments, companies/corporations, individuals respectively.
Thank you for your great article and please keep up with your wonderful work :)
Sincerly,
Hannah

Hello Miracle, this is your mentor Joon.
A ton of investment is being made in the field supporting carbon neutrality. Yet, it is still not enough to make it 100% free. First, we need carbon free method of generating electricity, second, we need converters which convert different types of energy into electricity with sufficient efficiency without using fossil fuels, and we need productive motors. There are more huddles we should pass, but I personally believe we are heading towards the right direction.
Well read your article, and let's keep up
Best,
Joon
