Malaysia ranks 50th in the countries that had the worst air quality in 2021, and is considered moderately unsafe according to World Health Organisation¡¯s guidelines.
According to IAMAT, contributors to poor air quality in Malaysia comes from the excessive haze from other countries, industrial fuel burning, petroleum production and refining, rubber and palm oil processing, vehicle emissions, and waste burnings. These things when put together, it creates the crazy pollution we have today.
Pollution affects not only deteriorates the environment¡¯s wellbeing, but also affects the habitat of the animals, humans¡¯ health and also the extinction of species.
The only solution to this problems is to practice the 3R¡¯s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) as production increases, disposing also increases and when these two working things working hand in hand, it would increase the volume of pollution in the whole world.
If we keep on keeping our mouth shut and just sit still, our world would soon be gone. It would no longer be a place we once called home.

Hello Raja, this is your mentor Chelwoon.
I have a personal interest in your country as there is someone who has been my role model for a very long time, Lee Chong Wei. It is sad to hear about the environmental problems in your country. Of course, about other countries as well though.
We need to reduce adverse effects to minimum. If not, human activities would speed up the effect of these problems that you have mentioned. We cannot destroy the habitats of animals, because they are not the ones responsible for the environmental issues that we have today.
Thank you for the article!
Regards,
Chelwoon

Hello Raja, this is your mentor Joon.
Korea is also suffering from air quality issues due to frequent appearance of high density of fine dusts. There are different criteria such as ozone, nitrogen, and dust levels and all of them should, and has to be aimed to, meet the minimum requirement. 3Rs could be introduced to address the problem. It could be done in daily life and many different people could actively and simply participate. If you are interested, please research about Zero Waste which is consisted of 5Rs.
Well read your article, and let's keep up!
Best,
Joon
