HAVS ( Helping Hands for Agriculture and Veterinary Sector) is a non profitable national organization involving a group of people pursuing Agriculture or Veterinary Sector in order to strengthen the cooperation among the students of Agriculture and Veterinary Science, farmers and all the concerned people.
On date 2022/3/28, we, the regional ambassador of Tunza eco generation for Asia: Me and Dolma Dikki Sherpa have collaborated with Helping Hands for Agriculture and Veterinary Sector, Paklihawa Campus to organize ¡°The quiz contest¡±, where students pursuing Agriculture and Veterinary science could participate. The main objective of program was to strengthen the knowledge of these students and spend some time in testing the knowledge level of students. Total 18 teams with 3 members each were participated. The contest was divided into 2 levels: selection round where 1 from each 3 sets were selected for final round. Each set were further divided into five round: 1. General round with quota of 6 questions for each team from four sub categories: plant sciences, animal sciences, abbreviations and miscellaneous. 2. Buzzer round with quota of 6 questions for each team involving identification of photos and guessing song by the music. 3. Written round in which each team was given a sheet of paper with 4 questions and was allowed to solve within 4 minutes. 4. Rapid fire round consist of 6 question to each team that has to be answered in 1 minute 5. Lastly, IQ and GK round involving 1 question for wach team. Questions was set for the audience too. And winners from audience were awarded with tunza eco generation souvenir. Feedback collected from the audience and participants about the program made us clear that, such informative and educational program was of great success and must be conducted again and again. |

Wow!! I think this kind of great article with great advocacy and movement will help us take one step closer to active ambassadors. If I had been there, I would have wanted to participate in the program! I once participated in a quiz contest held at my univ??s environment club. Even though I did not win the first prize in that contest, I am sure that I learned a lot from it. And hopefully so will the participants of your program. I applaud your consistency!

Great effort! Thanks for spreading goodness and influences to your community. As I always emphasize, knowledge should not stay as knowledge, but has to be put into action.
