India is working on to generate 50% on India's energy capacity with renewable energy sourc-es by 2030 and this new ambitious journey to cut global warming 2 and half and less the real estate will have to play critical role after all ,all buildings are one of the larger energy counsel-ors in our daily life.
UNNATI is the first building in Asia to earn a bench mark lead for platinum green certificati-on.UNNATI is 5000sqm ofice facility spread across in the great noada industrial complex what special about UNNATI is? It is the first building in Asia and 7 th in the world to earn benchmark NEED for platinum green building certification . It's height it's depth it's structure system,air conditioning, shedding system this is achieved from point of thermal comfort and energy efficiency and cooling building down and all systems that are required for water management are integrated. Here's the some noteworthy features of UNNATI to lower the building energy leads 1)truss rainforced concrete pannels which are three times better than condentional bricks wall on thermal performance 2) Double glazed windows which are also three times better than single glazed window whe it come to the building heating cooling aquarence 3) Horizontal shedding and light shelf to reduce direct sunlight and glare 4)the radiant cooling system fitted is 30% better than conventional water cool 5) Lightning design is 66% more efficient than conventional light. The high poin of UNNATI is green energy management is the 100 kg Watt roof top solar installation which means 40% it's office energy needs . It has a fully function rainwater harvesting system this green facility recorded a reduction in CO2 emissions by 59% and water consumption has been reduced 70% UNNATI is noteworthy example how company can create safe, healthy and productive works space with minimum impact on the environment.

Hello Vaishnavi, this is your mentor Chelwoon.
India is planning and carrying forward many projects to keep up with the trend. I believe that India has infinite potentials to bring changes to the world in many ways. Another example of their plans is to become a hub of “Green Hydrogen”. India is preparing and building systems for producing green hydrogen and exporting it.

Hello Vaishnavi, this is your mentor Joon.
It seems there are different green certifications programs running in India! Other ambassador from India noted out that there exists certification programs for products made which is called Green Pro! Green Building Certification is another huge field. As there could be huge loss of energy if the building is not built efficiently, giving out such certificates and promoting companies to build more sustainable buildings are important.
