Thematic Article: Nature and I

by Govinda Katuwal | 29-07-2022 13:47 recommendations 0

Though I am growing in the field of writing, expressing my emotions and relating them with general people through words, I am in short of words to describe the most beautiful phenomena and the whole source of living which is Nature. For this month of our thematic article, the topic given to us is ¡°Nature and I.¡±

Born in the lap of the Himalayas we Nepali always take pride in our mountains and hills. I can easily imagine that from the top of any high-rise landscape the view and feel would be heavenly. Such is the feeling I get every day when I watch from my terrace, every morning and after rainfall, it is the most beautiful view.

*

Now I wonder what future generations hold in these views the extreme weather events, destruction of mountain landscapes for development and settlement, loss of unique biodiversity, important indigenous herbs, and much more will be gone. All of this is to blame for only one thing, climate change. Not only these physical beauties of those hills but the culture and tradition of people living in there which they call home, everything will be disrupted by climate change.

What we must realize as soon as possible is that nature should be everything for every one of us and the top priority. The connectedness between the natural world and us which we often times try to get departed is worthless and stupid.

Summing these all in a sentence it could be ¡°Earth is our mother nature¡± and we know what to do;

¡°Save NATURE to be saved.¡±

    Hello Govindai, this is your mentor Chelwoon.

    Well written article about what we should focus on to be a great eco-generation ambassador! We cannot overemphasize the importance of the nature. In addition to the main point in this article, there is one ore thing we must realize. ¡°There will never be any change if we just read to understand but do not take further steps.¡±

    Thank you for the article!

    Regards,
    Chelwoon

    Hello Govinda, this is your mentor Joon.

    Back in the past, we have considered whether our future generations could enjoy the view which is shown on your Nowadays, we should care more about the current generation whether how long we could enjoy this view. Some projections say that we only have 30 years remaining before the earth to become a non-livable place. Now is the time to stop destroying earth and pray that we could live longer in earth as much as possible.

    Well read your article, and let's keep up!

    Best,

    Joon
