Free Report (August 2022) Poetry for Nature |

We are all creating, reading and going through many reports on this forum and beyond. Alot of information stays with us and some is forgotten. Most often long narratives tend to slip away while short punchlines and verses make home in the heart and mind; and linger on forever. To that end, I always try to convey messages through poetry and verse for a better and lingering impact. Sharing my poem on the Topic 'Go Green', in an effort to highlight how we are maligning and sullying the natural colours of our beautiful planet. This is a wake-up call.... A call for action!
But not today- The words are now redefined For humanity in her horrid, hungry greed Sadly chose to turn deaf, dumb and blind Green and brown woods- barren, bleeding red Blades of emerald grass trampled and torn Vibrant flowers martyred on human scheme Colorful wings of butterflies faded and forlorn Icy white glaciers- woefully wasting away Rising azure oceans- adding to the concern Golden sunlight trapped in a manmade grave Slowly but steadily we watch our future burn Snowy clouds desolate- tainted black with soot No more a peaceful blue- the smoke stained sky Our screaming lungs yearning for fresh clean air Crystal clear silver streams sullied muddy and dry Dancing rainbows decay-dead, devoid of color Our tomorrows shrouded in nightmarish dream Unless mankind decides to turn a new leaf Until we wake up. Unless we choose to go green To make sure that with her true colors the earth gleams We must join hands and a New Leaf humanity must turn In every act let us Think Green, See Green and Go Green To connect with nature, belong to it, protect it as our own |

Hello Aaditya, this is your mentor Chelwoon.
When reading and commenting on your articles, sometimes, short but sincere writings rather impressed me a lot. ¡°We must join hands and a New Leaf humanity must turn¡±... I think that this phrase indicates the way we have to go towards.
Thank you for the article!
Regards,
Chelwoon

Hello Aaditya, this is your mentor Joon.
Nice approach! Nature is loosing its unique colour due to human's actions. In order to keep see its true shape, we should act on preserving nature and change our action in sustainable way.
It was a pleasure for me to mentor you on past 6 months. What I feel, and realize now is that I have not been knowledgeable enough to provide more information related to different subjects. Hope you could keep up with environmental activities as well as your other works. Once again, thank you for following me.
Well read your article, and let's keep up!
Best,
Joon
